Reporting a bug or a wish
Applies to: SimpleTwo 0.9.x · Checked: 19.10.2026
Your organisation's support bot takes bugs and wishes. On your first day it writes to you in a direct chat and explains how. If there is no such message, find the bot among your contacts — it carries the organisation's badge — or ask your administrator what it is called.
There are three ways to report a problem. All of them reach the same bot.
1. Write to the support bot
Write straight into your direct chat with the support bot.
- A bug. Describe step by step what you did, what you expected and what you got. Name the app (iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows) and its version. You can attach a screenshot or forward the message where something went wrong.
- A wish. Say what is missing and why you need it for your work.
The bot first looks for an answer in its knowledge base. If there is none, it registers the bug or the wish and passes it to the team. The ticket number, the team's replies and the news of which version carries the fix arrive in the same chat.
2. "Report a problem" in the app
The "Report a problem" form attaches the app version and device details itself. Before sending, it shows exactly what goes to support. Where to find the item:
| App | Where |
|---|---|
| iPhone, iPad | Settings → "Report a problem" |
| Android | Settings → "Report a problem" |
| Mac | profile menu (avatar) → "Report a problem" |
| Windows | profile menu (avatar) → "Report a problem" |
Choose whether something is broken or missing, describe it in the comment and, if you like, add up to three screenshots.
The link simpletwo://report opens the form too. You can tap it in any message — for
example, in the support bot's greeting. If your server has no support bot set up, the app says
so. In that case, ask your administrator.
3. The rating after a call
If a call was bad, press Report a problem with the call on the summary screen. The complaint goes with one tap, together with the connection quality measurements. See Calls and conferences.
