The file is assembled from the route declarations, so it does not lag behind the code — and it does not say what each endpoint does either. Descriptions, request examples and error codes are in the API section; this map exists to show the whole surface and where it is declared.

Regenerate with python3 site/docs-gen/api-reference.py. The "Auth" column is derived from the path prefix — a product convention rather than a reading of the middleware.
